Frosted Glass Vinyl - 12x12 Vinyl Sheets
This is Oracal 8810 12x12 frosted glass vinyl. This is a shimmery sparkle to it and has a textured surface, but it is not super rough. An indoor/outdoor vinyl for Cricut, Silhouette, etc. that looks fabulous on glass. These vinyls are not opaque, the pictures have a background to give you a better idea of the color.
Generally this film can be cut on the same settings as other standard adhesive vinyl film. I do recommend small test cuts. If you ever have problems cutting any vinyl, I know for Cricut you can put it on the custom setting and try different vinyl types that will adjust pressure accordingly. I am sure Silhouette and other cutting machines have a similar option.
